Nourishing My Own Life
I’m nourished on a winding river in my kayak, cycling down a tree-lined pathway, sitting by a quiet stream, being with my friends and family.
I am grounded by the practice of yoga, retreats in spacious places, great books and real conversation with friends.
I love to dance (!) and am enriched by music, poetry, art and architecture, all reflections of the human spirit. Such things awaken an inner presence holding me in place when the outside world seems upside down.
I am honored by the opportunity to be with individuals seeking to live from the center of their own truth and to bring that truth into their lives.
